1) Please advise us of any late arrival, in the absence of a written or telegraphic message from the tenant indicating a change of arrival date, the pitch will become vacant 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned in the booking contract and the full cost of the booking will be demanded.
2) The rent fee, deposit and booking fee (cancellation terms) must be paid on receipt of the booking contract and enclosed with the returned copy.
3) Renting a pitch : The pitch will be available from midday and should be liberated by
mid-day on the departure date. The balance will be paid on your arrival at the site. Any
modifica¬tions should be announced on arrival.
Cancellation ; Only written notification of a cancellation will be accepted, the reception
date of the letter determining the cancellation date.
- more than 30 days before the arrival date, a 31 €uros charge will be retained .
- less than 30 days before the arrival date the full amount of the deposit will be retained.
4) Renting a mobile home :
a) The mobile homes can be occupied from 4pm the day of arrival and should be liberated
by 10 am the day of departure.
b) The balance of the holiday should be paid in total 30 days before the arrival date No
discount will be granted in case of late arrival or early departure.
c) The mobile homes are rented for the number of people indicated. Any extra person will
be invoiced at the rate of the tariff « person » indicated at the campsite.
d) The mobile home should be left as clean as on arrival. If not, the clients will pay a 96
€uros cleaning charge. Any damages to the mobile home or its contents will be pay by the
client .
The inventory should be identical at the beginning and end of the holiday ; any missing
items will be paid for by the client.
If you depart outside the office hours shown in reception and are therefore not present
for the inventory check, the campsite management is the sole judge of the state of the
mobil-home.
e) A 320 €uros deposit must be paid by the client of the mobile home on exchange of the
keys and will be returned, less any eventual deduction for loss or breakages.
f) The inventory should be completed at the beginning of the holiday and handed into the
reception within 24 hours. If not, the client will be held responsible for the non-conformity
of the inventory.
g) The cancellation terms are detailed in our contract. We should be notified of any
cancella¬tion by post, the reception date of the letter determining the cancellation date.
You will be deducted, or invoiced :
- More than 30 days before the arrival date, a fixed charge of 31 €uros.
- Between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total cost of the holiday
- Less than 15 days before the arrival date, the total cost of the holiday
h) Cancellation terms
You will be covered if the cancellation is due to : A serious illness, serious injury or death,
of the assured, his/her spouse, their children, their brothers, sisters, sons or daughtersin-
law. A serious illness or serious injury, certified by a doctor and forbidding the patient
to leave his home, or the establishment carrying out the treatment, on the departure date
and implying the suspension of all activity. The company reserves the right to undertake a
second assessment, Material damage : fire, explosion, accident causing serious damage
to the customer’s home or work place, as well as theft requiring the urgent presence
of the customer to carry out the necessary formalities. Unforeseeable redundancy for
economic reasons. Serious road accident concerning the customer on his way to the
campsite.
5) The client must be covered by a personal liability insurance policy.
6) In case of dispute, only the commercial court in Lorient is competent.
